"Ascend," Belmark's career development program helps employees achieve their personal goals while perfecting their craft at Belmark. This program also ensures each new employee understands Belmark's unique culture and dynamic work ethic. During each of four levels of the program, employees receive specialized training to advance their careers in virtually any direction desired.
Ascend Levels:
- 1. Introduction: Learn Belmark's history, culture, and terminology; attend learning sessions; tour the facilities
- 2. Interdepartmental Skills Development: Understand our various departments; discover your role; attend learning sessions
- 3. Quality Job Instruction: Develop skills for your unique position; learn technical aspects
- 4. Continuing Education: Gain additional skills; attend seminars; grow through lifelong learning
